Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives across multiple technology verticals. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B technology sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive business from lead generation through to conversion and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities across IT, electronics, electrical, and embedded sectors
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and expand customer base
- Build strong client relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with technical teams to craft tailored solutions and proposals
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetups to generate leads
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth areas
- Prepare regular reports on pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of proven experience in B2B business development, preferably in technology/engineering domains
- Strong understanding of IT services, electronics, embedded systems, or hardware integration
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and highly organized
- Experience working with CRM tools and lead-generation platforms
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams (tech, design, project management)
